*~25 yrs~*

last saturday was gimp's parent's 25th anniversary party. surprisingly i liked the ceremony more than the reception. at the beginning of the reception i got to hold gimp's sleeping little cousin emily- she's really cute. during the ceremony gimp's mom looked really pretty- she looked happy and a little nervous~ i felt almost wierdly extremely happy for her. 25 yrs is a long time and they both seem to still really love each other. i don't know of many couples who have been together that long and if they have they can barely stand being in the same room together. sad but true. i was tired at the reception and didn't know many ppl there but i got to spend time with gimp so it was still good. there were a lot of ppl sleeping at gimp's that night. a whole bunch of forein exchange students, a wife and kid of one of them, a girlfriend of another, cory, me, and gimp's family were all there. much fun. the next morning i went to church with gimp. it was my first time in a catholic church and a traveling priest was there. he was asking for money and i wanted to laugh because it was extremely stereotypical. apparently thats what traveling preists do and gimp's normal preist doesn't ask you to subscribe to magazines. sry- i'm making that sound bad- i still liked the service it was just kinda funny when he asked the congregation to subscribe to this catholic magazine.
practice has started, but i'm missing the first 3 days of it because i'm in the cities right now. i was at the read thru for a little bit on sunday, but i had to leave before i got to my part because my dad's work had a picnic at skyline and i had to go. that was fun. today i went to the mall of america- super sweet. there hasn't been a single day this summer where i haven't been doing something- whenever i'm not busy i'm with gimp and if i'm not doing something its because i'm at my dad's and its raining or something, but being at my dad's is basically doing something because i'm still not at home. school starts soon and i'm gunna cry:'(
